Ivy Slater is dedicated to helping women business owners achieve their success on their own terms, creating the life they want to live and creating the business that supports their life.
For 20 years, Ivy owned a 7-figure printing business New York City, and now Ivy works with women business owners, through coaching, speaking, and her book, “Conquering Your Fear of Money: A Woman’s Guide to Business Success”.
Ivy supports women in owning their value, increasing their profits, and developing action plans ensuring they have the tools and systems to earn the income they deserve and create the opportunity for further growth and success.
Tanya Odom, Ed.M.
Tanya is an in-demand international consultant, facilitator, author and Executive Coach who has conducted hundreds of workshops on global diversity awareness/education, race/racism, gender communication, disabilities, recruitment and retention, work/life balance, cross-cultural interviewing, teambuilding, hate crime prevention, conflict management, educational equity, girls’ leadership development, youth engagement and parental-community involvement for adults, youth, corporate, not-for-profit, law enforcement and education entities around the US and the world.
From working with US and international corporations in their efforts to address diversity and inclusion opportunities, and create sustainable change to working with homeless women and children living in temporary housing facilities, Tanya’s unique portfolio of experiences has afforded her the opportunity to work with the numerous not-for-profit organizations including the Anti-Defamation League, New Leaders for New Schools, The Planned Parenthood, The Tommy Hilfiger Corporate Foundation, Community Healthcare Network, US Fund for UNICEF, National Urban League, European Peer Training Organization, among others.
As a former Georgetown University, Princeton University and Manhattanville College faculty member, Tanya has taught graduate level classes on innovation, creativity, diversity, leadership, and team development. She has also taught/worked at worked at numerous organizations around the U.S.
Further, Tanya, the first female Co-Chairperson of Townsend Harris High School Alumni Association's Board of Directors. Tanya is also on the Advisory Board for "Wall Street in the Black."
Tanya, a Center for Creative Leadership-trained Executive Coach, and holds an Ed.M. in Education from Harvard University and a B.A. in Anthropology/ Sociology from Vassar College.
Tanya is an appointed Board Member to Community Board 4 in Manhattan, NYC.
