Cynthia is an Empowerment Coach, a Motivational Speaker, a Thought Leader, and a Happiness Expert who believes in helping people tap into the unlimited possibilities of life to help them realize their personal and professional excellence.

That commitment has guided her 20 year career, where she has helped hundreds of people transform their personal and professional lives by supporting them in addressing their challenges, building their coping skills, and perhaps most important, recognizing their own inner strengths and resiliency.

In her deepest calling to see people create the lives they were truly meant to live and have optimum well-being and happiness, Cynthia founded Restoring Every Aspect of Living (R.E.A.L, Inc.) where she offers coaching services, workshops, and self-development programs. She is also the founder of Latina Wellness where she offers services that are uniquely designed to address the multiplicity of cultural influences in Latina communities. With her visionary thinking, Cynthia is clear that helping people live in their authenticity and create better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities is work that is critically important to humanity and the planet.

As a skilled clinician, facilitator, and positive psychology practitioner, Cynthia has played a crucial role in supporting and training hundreds of professionals to effectively deal with the intensity of their work and find ways to flourish even in challenging work environments. She has conducted a wide range of professional development workshops that include leadership training, cultural responsiveness training, and how to cultivate a positive and happier work environment.

Spreading her message of optimal wellness for the mind, body, and spirit, Cynthia has been featured in numerous media outlets including NBC Latino, NBC Visiones, Latina Magazine, Women’s Day, Cosmopolitan for Latinas, LatinTrends Magazine, Vista Magazine, and VOXXI.

Cynthia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University and her B.A. from Hamilton College. In 2003, Cynthia was initiated into the Yoruba-Lukumi branch of Orisha as a Priestess of Obatala. All of her work is infused by her deep belief that spirituality, positive psychology, and the science of happiness can be used for transforming the mind, body, and spirit.
